The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) commissioned Rebecca to update the foundation’s photo archive and to create compelling, authentic images of CF patients undergoing treatment. The images will be used for the foundation’s marketing and communications needs.
Rebecca worked alongside the CF Foundation’s experienced marketing team to document pediatric and adult care clinics at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey. She shadowed patients with ages ranging from 3 to 65 through their extensive clinical visits. Rebecca documented each patient during their medical exams and consultations with the dedicated team of doctors, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and respiratory specialists at the Monmouth Care Center.
Cystic fibrosis, an inherited life-threatening disorder that damages the lungs and digestive system, is a complex disease requiring a team approach to treatment and ongoing care.
Rebecca captured the compassion, dedication and competence of the Monmouth Care Center Team as they treated their longtime patients. This was a moving and inspiring assignment; the highlight was bearing witness to the courage and determination of the patients and their families.
